When we decided to sell our home, I interviewed a number of agents. Most came through, looked around and said our house was nice. They then asked me to prepare and send them a detailed list of features and builder’s upgrades so that they could put together a feature sheet. Next, they tried to have me sign with them as the listing agent. I was really disappointed with their approach. I had heard they were reputable agents, but they didn’t prove they were willing to really earn our business.

Then, Geoff McGowan walked through the door. We discussed in detail our families needs, including the quick sale of our current home in order to be in position to purchase a particular property which had recently come on the market. Geoff took the time to gain a clear understanding of our needs and then made his own list of our homes’ features. He offered sound recommendations on a plan to secure our new home and quickly sell our current home for top value.

Then he successfully secured our new homw in a competitive bid situation It was all wrapped up within a week our first meeting. Throughout that hectic week, Geoff kept things focused and on track. What impressed me the most: using latest technology (web based advertising, video on Youtube), they hire professionals for staging and video/photography (and they were very good) and they always replied to our questions or concerns in less then 10 seconds (texting).
