The Ottawa Community Children’s Storytelling Festival is back to the Ottawa area! Come enjoy artistic story telling that will entertain, mesmerize and enrich children and adults alike. Story sessions are offered for a range of age levels and on a variety of subjects, including personal stories about growing up, folktales, and tales about friendship, magic, and even ancient India!

Ottawa Storytelling is also pleased to welcome guest storyteller Kathy Jessup, from Edmonton, Alberta. Over the years Kathy has performed her original tales in countless schools, libraries, concerts, and festivals across Canada – from Inuvik to Regina, and from Vancouver to Halifax. Getting to hear her is quite a treat that shouldn’t be missed! It takes place November 5, 2011 from noon to 4:30 at the Libraries and Archives Canada building located at 395 Wellington Street, Ottawa.
