Now through April 12, you can check out the Ottawa Senators as they battle other teams at the Canadian Tire Centre. This ice hockey team has a strong fan base and some serious skills so they’re definitely worth checking out! Call 613-599-0250 for more information.
Learn about Latin American culture during the Latin American Film Festival. Now in its 18th year, this event showcases features, documentaries and short films from south of the Rio Grande. Event runs through April 12. Call 613-232-6727 for more information.
Who doesn’t love maple syrup? Now through April 21, you can visit Fulton’s Pancake House and Sugar Bash to enjoy sleigh rides, maple taffy on snow, interpretive walking trails and heart maple meals. Delicious! Call 613-256-3867 for more information.
Have a history buff in your family? Then make sure to check out “Champlain, the First Account” at the Canadian Museum of History. This exhibit was created to mark the 400th anniversary of Samuel de Champlain’s journey up the Ottawa River and is a must see for the entire family! Runs now through April 27.
